There is a 14-day window for returns starting from the date you receive the item. In case of return cost of shipping is a buyer responsibility.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, and unpainted, maintaining the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds will be issued for the item's purchase price only. Modified or used items, as well as returns falling outside the 14-day policy, will not be eligible for refunds or return to the customer unless otherwise specified.
Please note that return packaging will not be supplied. Prior to initiating a return, please reach out to our support team.In the event you've received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately and provide photos of both the package and the item.

ALL freight shipments are not returnable.
Domestic USA and International orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada are not returnable.

For orders destined for the United States, PR, GU, VI, HI, APO/FPO, or Canada, we strongly recommend contact us at info@bbsparts.com promptly after placing your order if you require any changes or wish to cancel it. It's crucial to verify the accuracy of your order details before finalizing it during the "Order Review" stage of the checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to alter the delivery address for an order already in transit via FedEx, please get in touch with us. There will be a $10 fee per package to redirect the order while it's en route. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be modified while in transit.

For international orders being shipped outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, please be aware that no changes or adjustments can be made to your order once it has been placed. Additionally, orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
